Refund Policy: Louisville Cornhole Shop believes that customer satisfaction is # 1 priority.We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.We have specific guidelines to ensure a quick, hassle-free return and exchange process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in New, Unused,condition and inside its original packing.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligable for a refund which may include an in-store credit or credit to the origional payment.Upon receipt we will credit you for any purchase less any restocking fees. Returns Will be inspected prior to issuing refunds.

Mon-Sat 10am-7pm for further return instructions. You must have a RMA#. All returns must include an RMA# to receive credit. 
Louisville Cornhole Shop will only accept a cancellation of an order within 24 hours of when the order was placed. A  deposit is required to start your order, No order shall be cancelled  for any reason after 24 hours without deposit refund default.

Return Items Must be in New, Unused Condition in same packing item was received in.You are responsible for any shipping charges on your returns.  Your refund will not include shipping and handling charges. Purchase price only.
Shipping Policy: Standard shipping orders will be made and shipped in the order it was received. Shipping rates are $59.95 for complete game sets, and $9.95 for all bag orders, (sets of 8).  ( Kentucky & surrounding states) ( also depending on the economy) 
(call for your state rates) Cornhole sets are shipped UPS Ground and buyer is responsible for any insurance claims as a result of damaged or lost items. Please inform us if you should need insurance. An extra charge may apply. Louisville Cornhole Shop will provide all UPS Ground tracking information for insurance purposes if requested prior to shipping. Louisville Cornhole Shop does not promise or guarantee delivery dates for any item ordered.
Priority Shipping: Priority shipping may be available if you contact Louisville Cornhole Shop LLC directly and may take precedence over standard shipping orders. An extra charge will apply.
Rush Orders: Special orders made and wish to be picked up in under 4 days will be charged an extra charge accordingly to the scheme that is applied.

Estimated Turnaround Time: We try to get our orders out within 4-14 days depending on the  detail of your game set, inventory, and order volume. 

SPECIAL CUSTOMS:  All special customs orders cannot be returned for a refund. We will however try to fix any and all  problems caused by us. 

A Deposit of $100.00 is required to start your  order. No order shall be cancelled after 24 hours without refund default. 

Prompt pick up is required after we call you that your game is ready. After 7 days of a no show your set is subject to be  sold and have to be restarted. We do not have storage space for completed games. 

Christmas orders should allow 3-4 weeks advance notice, 6 weeks if being shipped.   BE KIND TO SANTA!!  We wish not to overwork him this year.

Local Pick-Up: Local pick-up is available to anyone who wishes to drive to our store/shop located at 5915 W Hwy 22 Crestwood, Ky  40014
Product Disclaimer: Louisville Cornhole Shop LLC  is not responsible, nor liable for damage, including, but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death as a result of storing, transporting, or playing our game. Please be aware that our bags are filled with real shell corn. Therefore, if you have allergies relating to corn, please do not use/or purchase our bags.
We are not responsible for games left out in the damp, wet weather, or outrageous abuse. 

Also, please do not drag the boards (CARRY THEM)  Do not place them Face to Face.  These are not recommended.
Our cornhole bags should not be left out due to weather, squirrels, racoons, or other corn eating creatures.

We are not associated with the represented teams or colleges, all copyright/licenses belong to the owners exclusively. We do not sell teams We sell Cornhole products.

Choose from 1 and 3 day rental options, or contact us if you need special accomodations. Plus, if you really like the set, we will credit your rental fee towards the purchase of a full set. Rental set includes 2 regulation boards, 8 bags, and Guaranteed Fun!
Please contact us 5 days in advance for your rental needs.
NOTE: A $100.00 refundable deposit is required for any rental. Fees may be assessed if boards or bags are returned damaged, or lost. Replacement costs will apply.
